Location: Hybrid position based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $85,200–$127,700 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

  • Lead marketing initiatives for the Acute Care Technologies hospital product portfolio.
  • Plan and execute integrated programs, including product launches, key opinion leader engagement, and marketing communications.
  • Analyze competitive intelligence and market data, translating insights into actionable guidance for field sales and marketing planning.
  • Create sales tools and marketing collateral from complex product and market information.
  • Support the development and delivery of sales training content.
  • Partner with Sales, Global Product Management, customer service, technical support, contracts, sales development, and clinical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in medical devices or a similar industry.
  • Strong written, oral, presentation, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; strong Excel analytical capabilities are preferred.
  • Customer-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 20%.

Nice to have

  • Clinical experience.
  • Background in resuscitation, cardiology, and/or critical care.
