Senior Technical Product Manager, Data Connectivity (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with two days per week based in the Gràcia office

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Data Connectivity engines, SDKs, APIs, shared services, and infrastructure.
• Translate customer, product, and developer needs into technical product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Productize technical innovations into stable, reusable functionality for downstream products and integrations.
• Drive the evolution of APIs and SDKs, focusing on usability, extensibility, backward compatibility, reliability, and developer experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Compliance to simplify architecture, manage dependencies, and meet privacy and security requirements.
• Shape AI-enabled and agentic workflows and identify valuable applications of AI across development, testing, observability, automation, and operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Engineering, or a similar technical product role.
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, services, infrastructure, data architecture, and system design.
• Experience building and evolving reusable technical products such as SDKs, APIs, developer tools, shared services, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product decisions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking, organization, independence, judgment, and comfort working with ambiguity and complex dependencies.
• The role is not eligible for employment sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as a software engineer, data engineer, solutions architect, or in another hands-on technical role.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or AI applications in development, testing, observability, automation, or technical operations.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, authentication and authorization, observability, or infrastructure automation.
• Experience with privacy-sensitive, data-intensive, healthcare, or life sciences products.
• Familiarity with cryptography, identity resolution, privacy-preserving technologies, or healthcare data connectivity.
