Crew Logistics Specialist (Aviation)

What you will do

• Arrange and optimize positioning plans, hotel accommodation, and transportation for hirify.global and external crew members.
• Coordinate daily work of Logistics Assistants and collaborate with Operations Control, Operations Planning, and Training Planning.
• Control logistics costs by selecting timely and economical positioning solutions and ensuring accurate cost allocation.
• Maintain communication with crew members and Crew Logistics teams across all AOCs.
• Maintain logistics policies, procedures, and SOPs; support application testing and development.
• Manage commuting tickets, training room bookings, invoice validation, team onboarding, and deputizing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics or project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and effective communication.
