Investigational Product Support with Spanish

What you will do

• Support the distribution of investigational medicinal products to clinical trial patients.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, change orders, cost reconciliation, and final payments for local logistics activities.
• Assess temperature excursions during shipment and storage and maintain depot data in the investigational product tracking tool.
• Coordinate shipment reception data, study tracking, reconciliation, and the destruction of unused kits.
• Support inspection documentation, import-license applications, customs-release documents, and eTMF filing.
• Collaborate with Investigational Product Managers, depots, carriers, service providers, and local teams across a global environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Strong written and verbal Spanish skills are required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks autonomously.
• Effective, proactive, and collaborative communication in a worldwide, multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with computer applications and changing technical environments.

Nice to have

• Operational experience in clinical trials, medicine, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• BSc in Life Sciences or a related field.
