Technical Solutions Engineer (FDE)

Location: Office-first in Barcelona and Madrid, with 20% remote flexibility

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical workstream for enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Lead technical discovery, workshops, solution design, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate customer requirements into delivery plans covering scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide advanced configuration, data onboarding, integrations, testing, validation, and go-live.
• Investigate complex technical issues using logs, data, and operational signals, and build lightweight scripts, validators, queries, or utilities when needed.
• Coordinate resolution of technical blockers with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, implementations, solutions engineering, customer engineering, advanced support, or professional services in a SaaS environment.
• Engineering mindset with experience in debugging, data investigation, scripting, root-cause analysis, mitigation design, and incident communication.
• Experience working with sprints, Jira or an equivalent planning tool, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on knowledge of at least two areas: APIs and integrations, data management and migration, or identity and access.
• Confidence working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, including occasional in-person sessions.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise security processes such as security questionnaires, reviews, and change windows.
• Familiarity with Azure or equivalent cloud concepts and observability tooling.
• Experience in HR tech, payroll, time tracking, identity, or other complex B2B domains.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and frequent change.
