Private Banking Relationship Manager

Location: Douglas, Isle of Man. Hybrid working requires spending at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at the office. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the Isle of Man; UK right to work is not sufficient.

What you will do

• Manage, grow, and oversee a portfolio of private banking customers across the Crown Dependencies.
• Build long-term relationships and provide banking, lending, and customer service support for complex client needs.
• Match customer needs with relevant products and support the use of digital banking services.
• Develop relationships with local professional introducers and external partners to generate referrals and sustainable business growth.
• Improve relationship depth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Collaborate with business partners and risk, improve processes, and coach others when required.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant relationship management experience.
• Proven business development experience and an established network of professional introducers, local contacts, or centres of influence.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and external representation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs, generate new opportunities, and grow a customer portfolio.
• Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
• Right to live and work in the Isle of Man is required.
