Senior Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a complex, long-term fixed-price project within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets.
• Set up project governance, delivery processes, communication, reporting, and actionable plans based on the statement of work.
• Manage scope, budget, forecasting, profitability, resourcing, change requests, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders and maintain alignment across customer departments and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in coordination with Engineering, Architecture, BA, QA, Delivery, and Account Management.
• Use AI-powered tools and integrations to improve planning, reporting, documentation, risk identification, knowledge management, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in software development or IT services.
• Proven ownership of complex fixed-price projects, including scope, budget, timeline, profitability, change control, and contractual commitments.
• Experience with enterprise customers, senior and executive stakeholders, project setup, governance, team formation, and delivery processes.
• Strong financial, scope, risk, dependency, escalation, client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Technical background or strong technical understanding, with solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work in Lviv, Ukraine.
