What you will do
- Build customer-facing AI applications and full-stack products for public-sector and enterprise use cases.
- Develop reinforcement learning, post-training data, model evaluation, and AI infrastructure pipelines.
- Ship agentic AI applications and tooling that makes systems observable, testable, and safe to deploy.
- Create fraud-detection, contributor-quality, matching, and task-quality systems at large scale.
- Build efficient UI/UX tooling, RAG applications, and ML integrations that process high volumes of data and requests.
Requirements
- Graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Product engineering experience, including full-stack web applications, API and service integrations, customer interaction, and iterative product development.
- Previous Product or Software Engineering internship experience.
- Experience shipping high-quality products and features at scale and building systems that process large volumes of data.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems through internships, research, or personal projects.
- Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
