Salary: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do
- Perform engineering analysis for electronics and controls projects.
- Create engineering drawings, technical reports, specifications, and system documentation.
- Support the design, selection, and integration of electronic components.
- Specify wiring and PCB requirements and designs.
- Contribute to virtual prototypes, vehicle and control-system development, laboratory testing, and product validation.
- Develop standard operating procedures for system use and maintenance.
Requirements
- Working toward a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronic, computer, or related engineering.
- Strong teamwork, communication, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Excellent mechanical ability and willingness to perform hands-on work.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a standard 40-hour weekday schedule with some flexibility.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to perform occasional or frequent moderate physical activity.
Nice to have
- Participation in collegiate design competitions such as Formula SAE, Baja SAE, First Robotics, or Solar Car.
- Experience with schematic-generation tools, CAN-based control systems, vehicle data-system harnesses, PCB design and build, CAD, or 3D printing.
- Basic programming experience with Simulink, C++, Python, or Visual Basic.
