RTP Quality & Control Analyst

What you will do

• Process RTP invoices and financial documents accurately and on time, including the management of key vendor accounts.
• Analyze, clean, and maintain GRIR and Trade Payables balances for assigned legal entities.
• Perform and support SOX controls, internal and external audits, compliance procedures, and audit reporting.
• Create, test, and run reports to identify compliance failures and verify that RTP processes meet control requirements.
• Identify operational control points and process gaps, escalating findings to RTP leadership.
• Support payment proposal reviews, local finance reporting, continuous improvement, and LEAN activities.

Requirements

• College or university degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in RTP, accounts payable, accounting, or finance.
• Advanced English communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of RTP and account reconciliation processes.
• Logical thinking, accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage daily priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another European language, preferably German.
