Security Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and governance of managed security services across customer accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and remediation teams while driving service improvement and security maturity initiatives.
• Oversee security risk assessments, mitigation plans, governance forums, executive steering committees, and security posture reporting.
• Coordinate major security incidents and high-priority remediation activities, acting as the escalation point and driving lessons learned.
• Act as the primary cybersecurity contact for CISOs and customer leadership, presenting executive reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and service reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand cybersecurity services and support proposals, contract renewals, RFP responses, and account growth strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing cybersecurity services in enterprise environments.
• Fluent Spanish is mandatory for working with Spanish-speaking stakeholders; English is also required.
• Experience with security incident management, remediation programs, risk management, security governance, vulnerability management, and managed security services.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, risk and compliance, security governance frameworks, cloud security, and security metrics.
• Experience engaging C-level executives, particularly CISOs, with strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, team leadership, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, ITIL Foundation or higher, Security+, CRISC, or equivalent certification.
