Release & Delivery Operations Lead (IoT)

Location: Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona), Spain; hybrid schedule with 1 remote workday per week

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Volume Release Sample creation, validation, and delivery process.
• Safeguard compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Operations, Customer Product Management, Profile Operations, and Quality teams.
• Define and continuously improve process standards, workflows, and operational best practices.
• Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and reduce sample delivery lead times.
• Lead or support automation initiatives and present KPI-based performance updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Experience in operations design, service delivery, or process design, including ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Experience in IT Service Management.
• Technical understanding of data flows and data design.
• Experience in telecommunications or highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science degree or relevant experience in IT environments.
• English at minimum B2 level required.
