Growth Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the full growth experimentation cycle, from identifying funnel opportunities through shipping, measurement, and prioritization.
• Build and improve activation, onboarding, sharing, and retention flows that turn first-time users into daily users.
• Partner with product, marketing, and data to identify growth levers and ship compounding improvements.
• Develop A/B testing, attribution tracking, and product analytics infrastructure.
• Translate user behavior and funnel data into product and engineering changes.
• Define success metrics, evaluate impact, and help establish growth metrics and playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or full-stack engineering.
• Experience owning experimentation, optimization, or conversion work end to end.
• Strong product sense, user experience understanding, and ability to work with metrics and success measurement.
• Experience in a high-velocity startup or similarly fast-moving environment with limited specifications.
• Comfort working with TypeScript, React, Node.js, product analytics tools, and A/B testing infrastructure.
• Willingness to work in person from the London office most of the time.

Nice to have

• Previous startup experience or strong interest in zero-to-one product development.
