TL;DR
Clinical Lead - Integrated Treatment Services (Digital Mental Health): Shaping clinical direction, governance, and quality across integrated therapy services for mental health assessment and treatment with an accent on complex case oversight, service improvement, and clinical leadership. Focus on conducting audits, developing standard operating procedures, supporting clinicians through change, and designing innovative digital care models.

Location: Fully remote, UK based

Salary: £51,000–£65,000 per year

What you will do

  • Shape the clinical direction of Integrated Treatment Services and uphold high standards of care.
  • Oversee or contribute to complex cases, assess clinical outcomes, and improve service quality and client experience.
  • Lead clinical governance activities, including audits, compliance support, continuous quality improvement, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support professional growth, coaching, and performance through clinical leadership and supervision.
  • Represent hirify.global with NHS partners, commissioners, corporate clients, and professional bodies.
  • Collaborate with Client Operations, Governance, and Learning and Development on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech and Language Therapist; RMN registration; or BABCP registration as a CBT therapist.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Experience maintaining clinical standards, driving measurable improvement, and embedding effective practice.
  • Strong clinical governance, audit, safeguarding, communication, and interpersonal leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and influence strategic direction across functions.
  • Commitment to NICE guidelines, ethical practice, and the safeguarding of adults and children.
