Clinical Lead - Weight Loss/Do Health

Location: Hybrid in London, with three days per week in person at the HQ near London Bridge

What you will do

• Develop clinical strategy across GLP-1 prescribing at scale and a biomarker-led lifestyle product.
• Assess clinical propositions and product changes using evidence, regulation, and data.
• Define eligibility criteria, exclusions, clinical safeguards, and end-to-end patient journeys.
• Write product requirements, decision logic, workflows, protocols, and patient communications.
• Partner with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Quality & Risk teams through implementation.
• Define clinical, safety, and operational measures for product launches and challenge proposals lacking evidence or a safe delivery model.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree and current GMC registration.
• At least two years of postgraduate medical experience.
• Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative judgement, data, and statistics.
• Strong reasoning skills, including defining ambiguous problems, evaluating evidence, and selecting defensible approaches.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work quickly and adapt to changing information.
• Hybrid availability in London is required, with three days per week working in person at the HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience building clinical or regulated products, propositions, or operations.
• Experience in medicated weight management, preventative health, diagnostics, or blood testing.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience using AI tools for research or data analysis.
