Internship - Geospatial Analyst (Remote Sensing)

What you will do

• Collect and analyze geospatial image data from satellite and lidar sources across different regions.
• Use GIS software such as ArcGIS to segment land-use clusters.
• Develop methods to continuously improve data analysis and validation.
• Contribute geospatial data and client data expertise to AI model development and data collection processes.
• Organize tasks independently and collaborate with Geospatial Analyst Specialists.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a B.Sc. or M.Sc. program in geography, geomatics, remote sensing, computer science, agriculture, forestry, or a similar field.
• Available to work full-time for a 6-month internship.
• Initial experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Interest in forestry and remote sensing technology.
