Technical Account Manager (AI)

Location: Remote or hybrid from Spain, with up to 25% travel to customer sites and hirify.global offices. Locations include Madrid, Barcelona, and Manises.

hirify.global is an early-stage AI startup developing an agentic process automation platform for reliable, auditable, enterprise-scale automation.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide platform rollouts across multiple customer departments, managing parallel implementation streams, milestones, resources, and project plans.
• Coordinate technical onboarding, process discovery and mapping, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Define and track deployment KPIs and success metrics while reporting progress to customer and internal executive stakeholders.
• Identify implementation risks and manage cross-functional collaboration between customer teams and hirify.global resources.
• Develop scalable enablement programs and maintain a use-case repository to support adoption and expansion.
• Act as the primary contact for technical and operational issues during implementation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology implementations, customer onboarding, training programs, and change management at scale.
• Strong program management skills covering parallel workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite.
• Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and software technologies including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and REST APIs, gained through commercial experience or a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading discovery processes and process mapping using different frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including presenting technical and AI automation concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Celonis.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or relevant certifications.
• Background in process optimization, business process management, digital transformation, or large-scale change management.
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity.
