TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (AI/Cloud): Drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for enterprise customers implementing an agentic AI platform with an accent on end-to-end deployment lifecycle management, program governance, and cross-functional enablement. Focus on leading discovery and process mapping, coordinating parallel implementation workstreams, and delivering measurable outcomes through KPIs while managing technical and operational stakeholder needs.

Location: Spain (Madrid/Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise-wide platform rollouts across multiple customer departments, managing parallel implementation streams, project plans, milestones, and resources.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities: technical setup, process discovery and mapping, user training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Set and track KPIs and success metrics for deployment phases; provide regular status updates to internal and customer executive stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate implementation risks through proactive program management.
  • Develop training programs and materials to drive adoption and customer self-sufficiency via change management.
  • Act as primary point of contact for technical and operational issues; facilitate cross-functional collaboration between customer teams and Maisa AI resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing enterprise technology implementations, including customer onboarding, training programs, and change management at scale.
  • Strong program management skills coordinating parallel workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite.
  • Solid technical knowledge of modern cloud and software technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs) via commercial experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related.
  • Experience leading discovery processes and process mapping using frameworks and methodologies.
  • Spanish mandatory; business proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
