Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in New Delhi or Bangalore, India. The role may require travel of up to 30%.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of Hivemind Enterprise software to armed services and OEM customers.
• Manage the integration of autonomy software onto next-generation aircraft platforms.
• Align software development with aircraft engineering, manufacturing, laboratory availability, ground testing, and flight-test schedules.
• Own integrated plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate integration readiness reviews, gate reviews, Program Management Reviews, Estimates at Completion, and critical-path mitigation.
• Communicate program status, decisions, risks, technical challenges, and priorities across distributed internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 9 years with a master's degree.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production and operational deployment.
• Experience in military aviation and a strong technical understanding of software-enabled systems, autonomy, aerospace systems, or complex integrated products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and technical performance in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Program Management Reviews, gate reviews, and estimates.
• Strong customer communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating autonomy or software systems onto defense platforms.
• Experience in software development, autonomy development, or systems engineering.
• Experience managing clean-sheet defense or technology development programs.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Familiarity with Ministry of Defense contracting, defense acquisition, or national security programs.
