Digital Technology Student Workers - Software Engineering (Frontend, Cybersecurity & Manufacturing Technology)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with expected presence at the hirify.global office

hirify.global develops digital platforms, cybersecurity technologies, and software supporting its manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you will do

• Build frontend features for BrickLink.com using JavaScript or TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Migrate web applications to the hirify.global design system and refactor shared interface components in a TypeScript and React monorepo.
• Implement features across cybersecurity platforms, build infrastructure through code, and support security logging solutions.
• Support software used in warehousing, logistics, material handling, factories, and new-site implementation projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product partners, and experienced technical teams while contributing to live systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Denmark in a Bachelor's, Master's, or professional academy programme related to data, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1.5–2 years of study remaining is preferred.
• Relevant exposure to frontend development, software engineering, cybersecurity, or manufacturing technology through studies, projects, internships, or comparable experience.
• Experience or exposure to relevant technologies, including React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Go, or software infrastructure, depending on the selected role.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week and ideally 1–2 days at the hirify.global office in Billund.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, backend APIs, testing, or modern server-side rendering frameworks.
• Knowledge of unit testing, web accessibility, responsive design, or design tokens.
• Experience with C#, Python, or additional software engineering approaches.

Hiring process
