Senior Frontend Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with office locations in Vilnius, Copenhagen, Odense, and London

Salary: €5,000–€7,000 gross per month, depending on level

What you will do

• Own complex frontend initiatives from product discovery through production rollout and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Design to clarify customer problems, challenge assumptions, and shape achievable solutions.
• Lead frontend technical discovery, architecture decisions, component design, state management, and API integration.
• Build accessible, responsive, resilient, and well-tested interfaces while modernizing the frontend architecture incrementally.
• Plan safe delivery milestones with testing, telemetry, feature flags, and rollback strategies.
• Mentor engineers, improve code reviews and technical discussions, and collaborate with backend, Product, Design, and Quality Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript and browser fundamentals with deep production experience in React, Angular, or a comparable modern frontend framework.
• Experience leading substantial frontend initiatives from ambiguous problems to production outcomes.
• Experience building accessible, responsive, maintainable, and well-tested interfaces and improving performance using measurable evidence.
• Ability to work effectively in evolving codebases, explain technical decisions, mentor engineers, and resolve disagreements constructively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; excellent verbal and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience modernizing AngularJS or other legacy frontend applications while continuing product delivery.
• Experience working across React and Angular applications.
• Experience creating design systems, shared frontend capabilities, or visual-regression practices.
• Experience with mobile web, native WebView applications, frontend observability, accessibility practices, or responsible AI-assisted development.
