Compliance Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Pańska 97)

Salary: 9,600–16,000 PLN per month

What you will do

• Execute thematic and process reviews focused on specific compliance frameworks or processes within Wholesale Banking.
• Communicate review findings and monitoring results clearly with relevant stakeholders.
• Plan Compliance quality assurance priorities in close cooperation with the business.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders on the compliance monitoring programme.
• Contribute to Compliance Centre of Excellence activities and related responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with compliance monitoring, testing, or internal audit methodologies, ideally in financial services.
• Experience reviewing non-financial risk areas according to monitoring, testing, or audit plans.
• Ability to take ownership of specific locations and liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Strong planning, prioritization, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial institution supervision, internal or external audit, or compliance testing.
• Knowledge of EU regulations such as MiFID, MAR/MAD, GDPR, DAC6, and AMLD.
• Project management experience.
