Senior UI/UX Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create AI-assisted UX prototypes, UI mockups, and production-ready marketing web pages.
• Own and scale the rebranded design system across landing pages, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Design marketing assets such as ads, banners, infographics, and visuals using reusable and AI-assisted templates.
• Build prompt libraries, workflows, and playbooks for design and research, and use AI tools for code-assisted prototyping.
• Identify UX problems, evaluate user behavior and feedback, and ensure quality, accessibility, usability, and brand fit.
• Write technical specifications, support other teams with documentation and assets, and mentor designers and developers.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• 5+ years of commercial UI/UX experience and at least 6 months of deep hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools.
• Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with Midjourney, DALL·E, Lovable, v0, Bolt, or Cursor.
• Strong knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, accessibility, information architecture, user research, and UX data analysis.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write clear developer specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, B2B, e-commerce products, or creative and design agencies.
• Experience designing data rooms, fintech products, or similar business-facing products.
• A portfolio of marketing and web projects focused on conversion and brand consistency.

Hiring process
