Project Leader (Backend Package R&D)

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of project leaders.
• Define and manage project plans with stakeholders and management.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, reporting, and escalation activities.
• Manage project changes and identify, analyze, and mitigate technical, cost, schedule, and quality risks.
• Build project teams, allocate resources, provide operational guidance, and resolve conflicts.
• Support IATF 16949 audits, DFPC and cost planning with Finance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management, team leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing workflows, risk management, and structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, PFMEA, and manufacturing quality tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
