Website Onboarding Specialist (Website Design)

What you will do

• Create professional hospitality websites for customers using the in-house website builder and customer branding guidelines.
• Manage website onboarding projects, multiple customer accounts, delivery timelines, records, and task-management systems.
• Communicate with customers through video calls, email, and voice calls while providing onboarding and account support.
• Investigate website errors, resolve customer concerns, manage escalations, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Use graphic design tools to create visual elements and research or develop content for websites.
• Contribute to website service improvements, process development, and projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of website design and development experience preferred.
• Experience with HTML and CSS preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Duda preferred.
• Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in customer service or professional services onboarding, strong problem-solving skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
