Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure (Azure/FinOps/SaaS): Leading and coding with an engineering team building cloud-based SaaS products and APIs for revenue management, with an accent on Azure production services, FinOps, and engineering quality. Focus on developing engineers and technical leaders, driving architecture and delivery, and applying AI-augmented workflows to improve velocity and product quality.

Location: Remote in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden or Israel

What you will do

Lead an engineering team, owning delivery, professional development and team performance.
Write, review and maintain production code while guiding architecture and technical design.
Build cloud-based SaaS products and APIs running on Azure, with responsibility for availability, cost and customer-facing functionality.
Own planning, prioritization, roadmap commitments and delivery quality in partnership with Product and Technical Product teams.
Hire, coach and develop engineers, technical leads and future engineering managers.
Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, Customer Success and other teams to maintain cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with active coding responsibilities.
Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based SaaS products in production on Azure; AWS or GCP experience is also valuable.
Strong FinOps background and experience leading multidisciplinary teams including full-stack and data engineers.
Senior-level technical fluency, including reading, writing and reviewing code and making architectural decisions.
Experience transforming engineering teams through measurable improvements in delivery velocity, technical quality or team capability.
Clear communication, strong judgment under pressure and a direct approach to feedback, hiring and performance management.

Nice to have

Strong Golang knowledge or experience.
Established AI-augmented workflows and experience with agentic development tools.
Hands-on experience with multiple cloud providers.
Experience scaling teams, processes or technical systems.
