What you will do

  • Support the editorial process for academic research journals related to clinical medicine and adjacent fields.
  • Organize peer review for submitted manuscripts and coordinate editorial decisions.
  • Manage email communication among authors, reviewers, editors, and other publication stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with editorial and production teams to process articles from submission to publication.
  • Edit and publish scholarly articles accurately and consistently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Participate in conferences, scholar visits, and marketing events involving the academic community.

Requirements

  • PhD preferred or Master's degree in Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Epidemiology, Public Health, Nursing Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organization, time management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to see the wider context, and readiness to work in a dynamic international environment.
  • No previous editorial experience is required; familiarity with academic editorial processes is an advantage.
