Application Engineer (Analog ICs)

hirify.global is an established semiconductor company with a growing Integrated Circuit Solutions business group focused on analog and mixed-signal ICs.

What you will do

• Enhance and accelerate the ICS design pipeline across America by collaborating with account managers, business development, field application engineers, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Provide expert technical support, product training, and guidance on ICS products and roadmaps.
• Develop application schematics, demo boards, simulations, models, evaluation systems, and technical documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with customer design engineers and support their component selection and qualification processes.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, technical content, customer presentations, and speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional marketing, product marketing, and application teams across business groups to promote the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering and application engineering.
• Deep understanding of analog ICs and power management ICs, with direct experience in power management ICs and/or signal chain technologies.
• Experience with electronic product design processes, including component selection and qualification.
• Experience with automotive, server, industrial, and commercial applications.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel.

• Experience with power management and related technologies.
