R&D Fragrance Packaging Development Intern

Location: Paris, France; hybrid flexible working model. Six-month internship starting January 2027.

What you will do

• Support Packaging Engineers with new fragrance packaging developments from concept to launch.
• Prepare supplier briefs, technical evaluations, risk assessments, prototypes, laboratory testing, and specification documentation.
• Support sustainability initiatives, value analysis, material substitutions, and packaging improvements.
• Contribute to innovative packaging solutions and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Initiative Leaders, Quality, Marketing, and other departments.

Requirements

• Engineering student in Packaging, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of glass, plastics, metals, and paperboard packaging materials.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative approach.
