Global Merchandising Development & Procurement Assistant

A global beauty company with a portfolio spanning fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Support merchandising development for luxury fragrance, skincare, and makeup brands.
• Prepare briefs with merchandising teams and participate in supplier tenders.
• Analyze supplier pricing and contribute to purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate projects from the initial brief through final delivery with internal and external contacts.
• Follow up on development and production, review physical samples, and provide critical analysis.
• Work with merchandising, marketing, trade marketing, and external agencies.

Requirements

• Fluent French and good English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Rigorous, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• First experience in marketing, merchandising, or an agency is appreciated but not mandatory.
