Senior CQV Leads / Manager (Pharma)

What you will do

• Deliver scope across the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up.
• Lead CQV strategy and execution as a cross-functional workstream lead.
• Coordinate system boundary definition, risk assessments, CQV plans, and regulatory alignment.
• Develop and execute CQV documentation, including FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, quality, operations, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure system integration.
• Drive start-up readiness, performance verification, robust documentation, and inspection readiness.

Requirements

• Level 8 Engineering degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering and CQV.
• Ability to apply fundamental engineering principles to process understanding, problem-solving, and improvement.
• Availability to work onsite in Frankfurt, Germany.
