What you will do

• Lead the portfolio strategy for China consumer health care portfolios.
• Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer health care portfolio to develop go-to-market plans and category-growth storytelling.
• Own portfolio management and lifecycle management, including topline sales, standard gross margin, pricing, and profit-center results.
• Identify unmet consumer needs, lead local new product introductions, and influence global innovation activities.
• Launch new products with comprehensive marketing plans.
• Develop base-price and price-increase strategies to achieve standard margins and address inflation or cost changes.

Requirements

• Experience in portfolio strategy, category development, or consumer health care business management.
• Ability to analyze markets, competitors, consumer behavior, and portfolio performance.
• Experience developing go-to-market plans, marketing plans, and product launch strategies.
• Capability to manage sales, margins, pricing, and profit-center performance.
• Ability to work in Shanghai, China.
