Analyst, Global Finance Masterdata

What you will do

• Maintain financial master data, including GL accounts, profit centers, cost centers, internal orders, and exchange rates.
• Review work for timeliness, accuracy, quality, and compliance with global standards.
• Identify, correct, and follow up on errors and their root causes.
• Resolve complex process issues, manage operational risks, and maintain complete documentation.
• Monitor team system access, support audits and legal authorities, and strengthen internal controls.
• Deliver accurate month-end reporting and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounts-to-report or Finance Master Data functions.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Finance Master Data.
• Strong attention to detail, quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Experience in a multinational corporation’s shared services center.
• Digital or intelligent automation capabilities.
