What you will do
- Communicate with energy suppliers, Distribution Network Operators, and the ECOES national energy database.
- Maintain utility records, databases, paperwork, and digital documentation.
- Manage inbound and outbound emails and coordinate appointments for projects.
- Liaise with Property, Projects, Facilities, and external contractors.
- Support internal projects and complete ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in utilities administration is essential.
- Experience using MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
