Quality Supervisor (Semiconductor)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite only

What you will do

• Manage and allocate manpower for daily quality assurance activities.
• Ensure quality checks are completed promptly according to documented requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures with instructions, illustrations, and control points.
• Monitor quality performance and contain production abnormalities.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production on root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality issue resolution.
• Guide inspectors and support continual quality improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to interact with employees at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor back-end processes such as Die Bond, Wire Bond, Mold, and Trim/Form.
