Project Manager (Transformers)

Location: Jinan, Shandong, China; onsite at hirify.global Transformer (Jinan) Co., Ltd.

What you will do

• Lead transformer project execution from contract award through final delivery.
• Coordinate technical clarifications, production planning, milestone tracking, and delivery activities.
• Work with customers and cross-functional teams on requirements, delivery expectations, and order changes across domestic and export projects.
• Build and guide project teams while identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
• Maintain complete project documentation and escalate critical issues to management.
• Strengthen customer relationships and improve project outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience in the transformer industry and more than 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex project execution, customer communication, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• CET-4 or above English proficiency and the ability to communicate with domestic and international customers.
• Experience with UHV projects or products, including AC 1000kV and DC ±800kV and above, is highly valued.
