Technical Business Analyst - Credit

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Implement and review Credit features using hirify.global and database technologies.
• Investigate production issues and assess technical and business impacts.
• Collaborate with clients, product owners, architects, developers, and other technology stakeholders on solution design.
• Support design, development, and testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of business analysis or software engineering experience in the financial industry.
• Hands-on programming skills with PL/SQL, SQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Client-oriented, proactive, structured, and motivated to learn.

Nice to have

• ACCP Certification.
• Lending and Credit banking experience.
