Associate III, Presales Solution Design (Network)

What you will do

• Understand customer business needs and analyze system and product requirements.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for complex products, applications, and solutions.
• Develop recommendations and resolve moderately difficult technical issues.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments while working independently.
• Provide assistance, training, and informal leadership to junior technical or administrative support personnel.

Requirements

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience plus at least 3 years of experience in the functional area.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Substantial understanding of the role and ability to apply relevant knowledge across a wide range of tasks.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, exercise judgment, and make recommendations.
