What you will do
- Manage and support physical Windows and macOS devices, virtual Windows desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365.
- Diagnose complex operating system, application, profile, performance, authentication, networking, and device issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve high-impact incidents, and implement sustainable operational improvements.
- Manage endpoint provisioning, software deployment, security updates, compliance, patching, device identities, and lifecycle processes.
- Operate Nexthink, including dashboards, investigations, alerts, campaigns, remote actions, and automated remediation.
- Collaborate with service desk, security, network, cloud, application, and Corporate IT teams to improve workplace services.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows endpoints and virtual desktop environments.
- At least 2 years of practical macOS experience; Jamf Pro experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of endpoint provisioning, configuration, software deployment, inventory, compliance, updates, and lifecycle management.
- Understanding of endpoint security, including encryption, patching, least privilege, certificate management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash or Zsh, APIs, command-line tools, and basic programming concepts.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
