Platform Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and internal platforms.
• Evaluate, integrate, and roll out new tools and services across the company.
• Partner with product and business teams to remove bottlenecks and accelerate delivery.
• Own production systems end to end, including design decisions and incident response.
• Improve security, observability, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with containers, orchestration, and cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, or similar.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code; the main languages are Kotlin and TypeScript.
• Pragmatic approach focused on simple, effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity, drive, and willingness to grow beyond repetitive responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services, payments, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with microservices running on the JVM.
• Experience driving projects from idea to production.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
