Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Denver, United States; hybrid work with options to work from a company hub

Salary: Up to $160,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Deliver production-ready Kubernetes-based cloud environments for API Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
• Build and maintain infrastructure features, deployment automation, and customer-facing platform environments.
• Investigate support tickets and collaborate with support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Create knowledge articles and share technical expertise through internal TechTalks.
• Improve operational processes and tools, including AI-driven automation for infrastructure and support workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Strong experience creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, certificate management, and continuous delivery tools such as Argo Workflows and ArgoCD.
• Cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with observability tools including Grafana and Prometheus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway, or LLM-serving infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
