Principal, Process Innovation(Fulfillment Center)

What you will do

• Lead strategic process innovation and transformation initiatives across the fulfillment center network.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, standard work, and governance mechanisms.
• Use data analytics, performance metrics, and structured problem-solving to identify gaps, investigate root causes, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional programs involving Operations, Technology, Planning, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering.
• Design, test, and deploy process improvements, automation opportunities, and productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Build business cases, influence senior stakeholders, monitor operational metrics, and mentor process innovation team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of cross-functional experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
• 8+ years of program management, project management, process improvement, or operational excellence experience.
• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business impact.
• Experience with complex data analysis, root cause investigations, success metrics, and scalable operational solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and senior leadership presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading operational transformation, automation, or technology implementation programs.
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, e-commerce, or similar operational environments.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, decision-support tools, and team mentoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
