Senior Change Orders Associate (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Develop and manage budgets for clinical trial change orders throughout the study lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, Contract Development, and project management teams to produce accurate budgets.
• Set budget development schedules, collect contributor input, and meet final budget deadlines.
• Prepare resource and service fees using algorithms and electronic spreadsheets.
• Analyze final costs, provide stakeholder feedback, and resolve or escalate budget issues.
• Present change order budgets to customers when requested.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or international equivalent, preferably in science, business administration, or marketing.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience, including three years in budget development.
• Understanding of CRO services and clinical trial processes and procedures.
• Strong mathematics skills and basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organization, communication, time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
