Investigator Payments Analyst 1 (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of clinical research projects and oversee investigator payment processes.
• Review aged invoices, identify financial risks, explain delays, and support timely resolution.
• Perform data quality checks, project reconciliations, and payment-cycle target trending.
• Verify approvals, contract-aligned payment batches, budgets, and required documentation.
• Prepare standard reports, track KPIs and metrics, and flag nonstandard issues to project teams and the line manager.
• Provide customer service and operational support to internal project teams and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in clinical research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and work with colleagues across global teams.
• Strong attention to financial controls, data quality, approvals, and reporting accuracy.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with systems.
