Senior Fullstack Engineer (Frontend-focused, Retail Media/AdTech Solutions)

Location: Remote from Germany with occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin or Cologne; up to 20 work-from-home days per year may be taken anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Build end-to-end experiences for campaign management, advertiser self-service, reporting, and other Retail Media products.
• Develop complex web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including reporting, asset management, permissions, and audience-segment workflows.
• Develop backend services and API integrations with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, and asynchronous workflows.
• Own features from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, rollout, and production support.
• Contribute to the architecture and engineering practices of a growing Retail Media platform.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript in complex production web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js or comparable backend technologies, including API and service design.
• Experience working across frontend and backend layers and owning complete product features.
• Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, and business stakeholders in a fast-growing product environment.
• Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, B2B self-service platforms, cloud-native systems, or distributed systems is advantageous.
• Must be based in Germany and able to collaborate occasionally on-site in Berlin or Cologne.
