Customer Support Consultant - English (IM)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Resolve technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Collect customer information according to company procedures and document support cases in the CRM.
• Work with reselling partners, end-users, and internal departments to address customer feedback.
• Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills, including the ability to ask questions and listen effectively.
• Upper-intermediate English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
• Problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Result-oriented, stress-resistant, professional, multitasking, and empathetic approach.
• Willingness to develop professionally and grow within the role.
