Senior Golang Developer (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote within EU working hours

hirify.global develops a fintech platform for payments, transactions, and integrations with banks and payment providers.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Golang with PostgreSQL.
• Build and improve payment, transaction, banking, and payment-provider integrations.
• Own the development lifecycle from requirements clarification and implementation through production release and support.
• Ensure financial data reliability, service stability, and consistent platform operation.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and the evolution of the platform codebase.
• Contribute to internal web interfaces with Vue or React and JavaScript or TypeScript when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with Golang.
• Background in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of distributed systems and hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Git, and automated unit and integration testing.
• Basic frontend skills, independent ownership, constructive communication, and English at B1/B2 level.
