DA A2S/TTR Associate Manager

What you will do

• Manage a team of five, including performance management, work allocation, coaching, and employee development.
• Oversee panel data governance and nationwide vendor management.
• Coordinate panel sample recruitment, resolve RDC queries, and manage operational KPIs.
• Ensure timely delivery of weekly and monthly EPOS and vendor data.
• Monitor panel data uploads, identify discrepancies, and coordinate their resolution.
• Optimize data-processing workflows and improve operational data efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in the research industry.
• Solid experience in panel management and panel-related data workflows.
• Ability to control data accuracy, manage standardized processes, and resolve upload discrepancies.
• Strong cross-department communication and collaboration skills, including coordination with nationwide agents.
• Proficiency in Excel for data processing, statistics, and report preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver tasks independently, and maintain data-submission standards.
