Senior Manager Trade Surveillance Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of trade surveillance operations professionals.
• Set team direction, manage resources, and own operational performance and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues for clients, exchanges, and internal stakeholders, providing escalation support.
• Improve business processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate financial and budget activities and monitor productivity against goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in trade surveillance, market operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing people, including performance management, talent development, and team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder issues.
• Clear communication skills and experience working across cross-functional and matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Familiarity with client data systems, billing operations, or market surveillance platforms.
• Experience working with global teams and cross-border operational practices.
