What you will do

• Manage national partner relationships, catalogue requirements, queries, and complaints.
• Lead a team of more than 20 people, managing staffing, productivity, quality, performance discussions, and coaching.
• Ensure new partner onboarding productivity targets are achieved according to internal service-level agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve partner queries and escalate partner-facing challenges.
• Identify system and process improvements, problem trends, training opportunities, and root causes of service failures.
• Communicate company policies, resolve people-related issues, and maintain a focused and motivated team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a data-focused operational environment.
• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and work overtime when required.
• Experience supervising a team of 12 or more people is beneficial.
