What you will do
- Lead market analysis and strategy for the worldwide advanced packaging industry.
- Develop primary and secondary research, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of market trends and future developments.
- Create and maintain market models covering 2.5D and 3D integration, CoWoS, chiplets, FOWLP, SiP, capacity, capex, demand, and revenue.
- Analyze HBM manufacturing, technology, output projections, and demand markets such as AI.
- Produce expert reports, press material, customer briefings, and original commentary on industry developments.
- Partner with sales and product development teams, support customer engagements, and travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
- Leading knowledge of the advanced packaging industry and recognition as an expert in worldwide advanced packaging markets.
- Established network of senior semiconductor industry contacts and strong research interview and data-gathering skills.
- Ability to write detailed, insightful, structured, and opinionated reports supported by data.
- Expertise with Excel databases and pivot tables, plus the ability to synthesize insight from multiple sources.
- Ability to host customer briefings, lead customer calls, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, often worldwide.
